BZT Bezant Resources – Momentum Building Post-License Milestone

  1. 2 Posts.

Quick update on Bezant Resources (BZT) – the microcap copper play I previously posted about. That recently merged with BSX

Since securing all final mining license approvals for its fully permitted Hope-Gorob copper project in Namibia (a major regulatory milestone), the share price has climbed 30%. This re-rate reflects growing market recognition of the project's potential.

The next key catalyst is the announcement of a funding package, which could land as early as the AGM on July 25th. Given projected free cash flow of £40–50M per year once in production (targeted for late 2025/early 2026), financing should not be a major hurdle – and may even come on favourable terms.

With a market cap still around £7M, BZT remains deeply undervalued. It also still holds 140M shares in Blackstone Minerals (ASX:BSX) post-merger, currently worth more than its own market cap. (Around $12m AUD)

    This is a high-upside, early-stage copper story that’s rapidly de-risking. Worth a closer look
