G'day again Katok. One factor that gives RJ some "comfort" is that 90% of SH only hold 33% of the company, so, the other 67% is held by only 10%.
So, the "little" people really don't represent a very great "threat." But, he will need to suck up to the 10% with some action or results or he will be "gone" very soon.
We saw him cop a serious beating at last year's AGM by one of the "big" owners and he will certainly remember that. That followed his lucky "survival" at the previous AGM. So, there is a growing number with "serious" discontent, apart from the "small" holders.
I'm sure that neither of those SH is any more content than they were previously, despite the GSA, and won't need any of the other "big" ones to join forces against him to lose that very lucrative income.
That's why I reckon that we are due for some significant news and getting another "big" shareholder on board, who is "friendly" to RJ, will probably be one of his priorities. No good news very soon must be bordering on "suicide" and I think that RJ is certainly, if nothing else, an old survivor. The knives are being sharpened.
