    yes they can get a certain 16 cps and put something in the bank, wait for it to come down to 9 cps at which point it would equal its NTA or keep holding as the cash is spent with no hope of the market accepting another capital raising and watch the cash get spent completely

    the safe bet is to get 16 cents and move on
