WPL are more than likely front and centre behind the scenes so no need to say anything IMO.
First oil in 4 to 6 years again confirmed by WPL.
The Senegal government will have no say in the speed things happen as they have no idea what's involved unless little ol FAR are whispering in their ear....
The facts are this is how long it takes for organising and planning an oil field for production especially when production varies depending on which sands are developed.
The pom pom brigade seem to think production will happen in 3 years which was always misguided.
WPL by the way will get all monies plus more in the unlikely event they will have to forfeit their 35%
Obviously that will never happen IMO regardless what a few pom poms believe.
There is no delay in going forward as all news and timelines are on the table.
Only the Senegal government would cause a delay as they got rid of the last Oil Minister and replaced him with a hanger on yes man...
Apart from that IMO everything is progressing well for such a mammoth and costly project.
PS.....you really need to post the IMO letters Bullant or some on here might think you know what your talking about.
