To me it sounds like the company does not expect anything substantial for a few months (2-3 at least). Otherwise much larger capital placement would have been arranged at higher price in conjunction with the imminent good news. This raising is just to ensure that directors get paid and continue with the occasional exploration efforts. Better to raise now at 7.5c than 5c and below around June 2014. From the directors' point of view this makes perfect sense to me.

I'm surprised people still add more shares now. I think i will be looking at RNI just before year end (June2014) when the SP gets crushed even more by tax-loss sellers.
