    Just trying to get my head around this being a newbie..would appreciate an explanation..

    So does this mean for existing shareholders we would be entitled to purchase at 9c off market?

    And for new shares we purchase on market today.. say for every 9 shares we would be entitled to 1 new share?..

    Am I thinking in the right direction?
