Thought that it will drop to 9c is just that people are not going to buy at 10 or 11c if they are buying via entitlements at 9c. And all those instos that have bought at 9c probably won't go chasing it up higher, at least not straight away. This is also the 'bad' time in the markets where sp's go sideways or down (even though DTE will be more driven by news).
