    Buy 900000 shares @ 12c so you can buy an extra 100000 @9c
    Makes 1 million @ 11.7c average.

    The cash raising isn't a compelling reason to be buying in - but Dart with sufficient cash to develop its prospects may be why we're seeing the buying.
