[Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Credit Suisse upgrades Sunshine Gas (SHG.AU) to Outperform from Underperform and ups target price to A$3.15 from A$2.50 in wake of friendly takeover offer from Queensland Gas (QGC.AU). Says on current metric the merger terms appear to undervalue SHG by 13% and represent a very good deal for QGC, which it rates an outperform with A$6.10 target price. Says for QGC the deal is about gas reserves and the delivery of its LNG options. SHG shares surging 21% to A$2.66 on news of the bid, QGC down 7.2% to A$4.01. (APW
