As I posted previously I wasn't as upset by the cap raising as others but find the explanation lacks credibility (like many other announcements from the spinmeister). The assets seem good enough to make a decent $ in the current environment and raise the market cap but am rapidly losing all faith in this management. Less spin and more action required.
