my recollection is that the shareprice was trading above 13c before the halt.
Why would the company have had to issue shares at 11.5c plus options if it had waited until after new shares were allocated on May 26th?
The company might as well have gone to sophisticated investors with both share offers at 11.5c rather than pretend to existing shareholders that they would have sufficient cash.
Devious management in my opinion!
