don't think that they would have got away with it much longer IMO as it was starting to unravel in any event - lots of SH queries being ignored and brushed away.
batteryco "near term" revenues appears to have been yet another furphy so IMO SH's were wiser and questioning the situation - but lot of fluffing around.
Fortunately AP had the balls to pursue this and pursue it hard to bring it to where it is - and the finger pointing is abosultely disgraceful and emabarrassing to the management of this company IMO - how could they not know what actually went on!
