Management need to take a good hard look at themselves here.
They have allowed the value of the stock to be destroyed and at the very least should purchase large blocks of shares on market at current prices to communicate to that they believe the stock is undervalued.
If they dont do this, then i think that they are facilitating this destruction in value due to corporate motives.
This stock is a perfect example of what poor management and adodgy register can do to a stocks prospects and value.
