It really was a double edged sword announcement wasn't it.
On one hand, it was positive, because the company may have secured its future, (which was looking extremely doubtful), however on the other hand it has completely diluted shareholders holdings.
Terrible announcement for shareholders in the short term, positive announcement for the long term prospects of the company.
