re - ****with the new money from investors, that it will dilute the current Share Price to the equivilent of 2.5c.
It is also my understanding that they are planning on consolidating the shares, meaning that you get 1 share for every 10 you hold.
This would mean that instead of you holding 10 shares at 2.5c, you would hold 1 share at 25c.
I have placed a link below that provides you with further information, and it says that shareholders will be mailed information on 9th September, and that shares will be issued on 5th November****
Does that mean there will be a whole lot of holders owning shares at 0.025c. .....and likely to flog them off for a quick profit?
