exactly 2 years ago CAPRAL declined a take over offer of $7 and since then it has hit just shy of $10 (now down to $7.36) meanwhile its returns are gaining momentum with a return on capital (ROCE) up a whopping 14% compared with just 4% at the time of the take over offer. CAA is a gem worth twice its current share price IMHO
