Wilson Capital (WAM),Wilson Research (WAX) and Wilson Microcap (WMI) see value in CAB to the point that they increased their holding to becoming substantial shareholders. Wilson has excellent stockpicking abilities and they see an opportunity right now. From their newsletter:

On Thursday, we became a substantial holder in taxi network and payment operator Cabcharge (ASX: CAB) through our holding in WAM Capital, WAM Research and WAM Microcap. We first purchased CAB as revenue momentum had been above market expectations and we observed the potential for acquisitions. CAB management has been successful in turning around the business in the face of structural changes in the industry and regulatory headwinds. We also believe the growth opportunities presented by acquisitions are currently mispriced by the market. Shares in CAB closed down 0.9% for the month.
