If the taxi industry had a simple " Rate your ride" feature attached to all taxi trips as Uber does. Where we get to rate the driver, the car and our overall satisfaction for each journey we would have a far better taxi industry and Uber would not be an issue. Taxi industry needs to look in their own backyard first.
