Hes posting the same thing over about the American JV which orders zoleo from BCC. He thinks the orders arent real and the announced "restocking" doesnt exist in reality.
this opinion is unfounded but may end up correct. Shall wait and see.
personally I believe the orders are real, albeit modest. They are on the right track albeit it will probably move slowly in the current climate.
