I reckon you're right BazzMitch but I think the differences in end date may have more to do with your assumption as to whether the Cabinet approval is a sure thing or not. Those who see it as a rubber stamp assume that once the AELB approval is granted it is plain sailing from there.

I'm perhaps less bullish on this given the political winds to date. Cabinet would possibly deliberate on the decision to satisfy the noise within the MY public. How this would translate to further requirements is anyone's guess. I would not assume that the MY government is beholden to a an assumed approval for a foreign owned company.

This means for me that 30th Jan is no kind of absolute and after trawling the web I found nothing on MY cabinet meeting dates to satisfy my curiosity as to when this may find it's way to one of these sessions.
