In late August 2010, we released a Maiden NI43-101 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for five nearby gold deposits at our Obotan gold project in Ghana totalling over 1 million ounces: Indicated 3.06 million tonnes grading 1.59g/t gold for 156,000 oz; Inferred 15.64 million tonnes grading 2.1g/t gold for 1,053,000 oz. Combined with our NI43-101 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for our Kubi Gold Project, we now have a total gold resource of 389,000 oz in the Measured and Indicated catgory and 1,168,000 oz in the Inferred, category.

Based on the significant resources now confirmed at Obotan, we have initiated a Pre-Feasibility Study, which on acceptance by the Government of Ghana, will allow us to convert our mineral licenses at Obotan into a Mining Lease to prepare for future production. We also plan significant additional drilling, following our ASX co-listing, which will be aimed at increasing and upgrading the gold resource at Obotan including deep drilling at Nkran.

We've been acquiring land and exploring for gold in Ghana for 7 years. Our focus now is bringing our projects to near term production. We control 12 concessions covering 526 sq kms -- in the heart of Ghana's major gold belts. Our holdings on the Asankrangwa gold belt alone are more than 70 km long -- the equivalent length of the entire Carlin Trend in Nevada -- and cover 3 past producing large scale mines and dozens of small historical operations.

Previous operators have recorded total gold production from our properties of near 800,000 ounces. Our Kubi gold project is located immediately south of and adjacent to the largest underground gold mine in West Africa and one of the largest in the World -- the 60 million ounce Obuasi mine. Recent airborne geophysical surveys have outlined exciting targets, and exploration drill testing of geophysical targets is proving successful with the discovery of the 513 gold zone - 1.4 km to the SW of the Kubi Main Zone.
