Looking at past rullings, there is one question i have over the 3 permits submitted by nevada metals inc.
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 0 87309 APP NEVADA METALS (USA) INC. 1 87310 APP NEVADA METALS (USA) INC. 2 87311 APP NEVADA METALS (USA) INC.
When reading past rulings alot of applications are denied on the basis of the environmental impact of extracting brines and then subsequently re-injecting the water into an aquifer.
Secondly is the long term impact factoring existing water levels.
It would seem all applications are getting denied on this basis.
I'm not a legal expert but you have to look to past rulings call it common law, plus any new statutory requirements.
Does anybody know what makes this application different from the others denied ?
That said all three permits are due for a decision at the end of the month. Not April 2017 which i'd been led to understand from another poster. So very much the case of doing the research to make ones mind up.
Plus whats happening in Pardoo. When should drilling have started, stopped and when do we get results from the drilling ?
