Exactly right. CAD is like one of those storage unit tv shows. We get a cursory glance (neighbouring operations, Tesla up the road), but then the shutter is pulled down and we bid on it. Whether you've settled for .003 or .004 you've bought it.
So, all we're waiting for it the door to roll open and we get our hands on the booty. You might end up with a Jet Engine and a bunch of original Superman comics in mint condition. Or you could end up with Uncle Saul's hand-crafted totem pole lovingly made from beaver hair and bear sh*t.
