Ok, found it on ASIC site.
I don't think it would be a "Cap Raising" as previous announcements indicated that CAD had sufficient funds to fund the current drilling program in Nevada.
It could simply be notification of share change. (big sell off of options a few weeks back) which is a requirement to notify ASIC of any substantial changes to companies structure.
Although volumes are still pretty low considering no announcement on drilling commencement.
I for one, will not be selling at any time soon.
You'd be crazy to, considering the upside.
