If this is in fact true, would said involvled not not be a walking talking breach of fiduciary obligations under corporations act? -
Section 180-182 and Section 191 of the Corporations act? and how could the corp governance paperwork be in disarray as it appears in this case? Its quite interesting IMO, as there's no reasonable explanation to share holders yet? Is that right? DYOR, its a hot kitchen and high risk lol
