CAD are in suspension so there is no compulsion for announcing anything operational. Should CAD have the drilling/assay results, these would simply need to be announced prior to a relisting, so they are compliant with non disclosure requirements and the market is fully informed.
Until then, they can sit quietly and do nothing, as they have been during this whole sorry debacle.
Wait for the court proceedings to finalize, ASIC boxes to be ticked and then CAD can look at relisting. The results will come out before relisting imo, to try and restore some faith in the company (assuming they are positive).
As for the takeover rumor, all holders can do is wait - no use stressing until then.
