Well whilst i think CAD would be a prime candidate for take over, protocol would be that if a company were to be interested in CAD, the CAD board would have to disclose this to the market and what had been offered. Then due diligence would be carried out and then etc and the shareholders (us) would get to vote. To conclude, none of these steps have been carried out, meaning no takeover.
