A certain publishing group with a pretty large reader base has pushed this as one of the Gigastock long shot gambles
If they get lucky (which very few do on first drill efforts) and hit a one off big river of "Brine" they should do well.
If not, an investor will probably lose all their investment at these prices.
It's a very long shot gamble being promoted and some are having a crack. That's my take on it.
