1 option = 1 head (share)
You guys seem to be looking to deep into them.
You can buy and sell the options like you do with other shares. ie buy at .001 and sell at .002 to double your money. However you don't become part owner of the company like you would if u held heads. Paying the conversion price of .003 will give you ownership and voting rights etc.
Or you can not pay conversion fee and not sell them before the due date and then they will become null invoid
