I understand what you guys are saying. But if the stock price does not increase then you will still be down if you manage to buy at 0.003, especially if a lot of people have loaded up on a lot of cheap shares out there atm, as I imagine the price may fall down just a touch.

I guess I'm saying it's the same amount of risk if you buy at 0.004 or 0.003. Sure you may mitigate some of losses by buying at a lower price, but it may be the case for at least some people that they would have spent the same amount of money regardless of the price.
