You are basically right. Except that with $5000 you can buy 1,000,000 CAD @0.005 or 2,500,000 CADO @ 0.002. So if they both move up 0.001 then you make more money on CADO because of leverage.
Ie: 1,000,000 x 0.006 = $6000 (+ 20%)
2,500,000 x 0.003 = $7500 (+ 50%)
That is the major financial difference but you also have the difference in voting rights.
