At the time of the proposed capital raising and intended listing, CDM was going thru the yips, performing badly and they had the investment in ARQ. Not even a drovers dog would have invested in the "punters" fund and I believe that once the money had been paid to Cadence, it may have been extremely difficult to get back. With those performance figures, investors should be happy with their returns... as long as I guess, they can get their investment back when they want it ?
