Cant agree enough with you. There should be long gaol time for obeid, any of his family who benefitted from the deal and should have reasonably known of the illegality of the deal (including wife, children etc.)
MacDonald should face a huge sentence as well.
If all of the above get 10+ yrs then I will feel some justice is done.
