I have realised that when the Capital Raising occurred the price started to go up. People normally sell when a capital raising happens. The Investor that paid 31 cents started buying when everyone was selling and a week later the price had risen from 26c to 63.5c. This was when 14m shares were traded and the low price was 33c. He was the buyer and then when everyone chased the stock he sold at least half his holding. Bet you he is the one keeping the price down to buy more and then especially when there is a capital raising he will buy a bucket load and then dump them.
