I said in my post I was aware the deal ( terms of which were confidential at the time ) was signed a couple of years back. I am also aware of their association with PayWith.

My question was more direct given they initially were looking at doing something with Mastercard not Visa-as per below, but I suppose it really does not matter as long as EML gets an outcome.


EML and PayWith to transform Caesars’ Total Rewards program EML will be running this program in conjunction with PayWith (in which EML has a minority stake). EML runs the payment side of the equation, allowing points to be converted into currency so the transactions route via the Mastercard network. PayWith manages the merchant offers that are delivered in real time to members via their mobile device. The card and the mobile are inter-twined allowing the mobile device to accept any mobile payment platform (such as ApplePay), subject to the merchants point of sale (POS) technology.
