There is an ASX listing rule which prevents companies (like CAF) to buyback shares at prices greater than 5% above preceding 5-day VWAP.

    14 May 2020 - closing price $0.099?
    13 May 2020: closing price $0.097
    12 May 2020: closing price $0.097
    11 May 2020: closing price $0.097
    8 May 2020: closing price $0.090
    1-7 May 2020: around $0.08

Which means as at 14 May, the simple average (not volume weighted average) is $0.0922. Applying the 5% premium means 0.09681.

From tomorrow (15 May), the simple average is $0.096. Therefore the maximum allowable price is $0.1008.

From 16 May, it's even higher.

Watching for the buyback to recommence.
