The idea is good, but it's clunky. They sell direct and have no distribution network. What they charge can't justify a reseller/distribution model. If they charge enough to pay resellers, it's too expensive for the cafes The cash to get this out there is now gone. Like many good ideas the cost of the sales/distribution has not been well thought out in my view. The fact it is clunky to use, for both the cafe owner and the end user is also a concern.
When something new, less clunky, and has a better sales model, comes along,this will be gone. So they better get to work and fix their user experience and sales model. I personally think it will be too difficult for them and will certainly need more cash
