i might be missing something but cag isn't dealing with the Myanmar Government. They have a contract with Galaxy International in Myanmar.
You should not be asking what is Myanmar's ability to pay but the ability for Galaxy to pay.
The Australia economy is out performing most other economies in the owrld but this doesn't mean all companies in Australia can meet their contracts.
The same follows in Myanmar but in reverse.
