ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 1 February 2005 Fundraising The Company, in order to fund ongoing activities, has recently placed convertible notes to a value of A$370,000 bearing interest at 10% per annum. The notes may be converted in June 2005 at a price of 5 cents per share.
In addition, the Company has reached agreement in principle to place 56 million ordinary shares at a price of 4 cents per share to Farrant Limited. Farrant has also agreed to convert not less than 37 million existing options at a price of 5 cents per share, which will result in a total injection of A$4 million into the Company by Farrant.
This placement is being handled by Montagu Stockbrokers, Perth.
