I.M.O 0.3 is possible briefly. No sell off should be this harsh given the fundamentals, but it was for CAI.
Today I went all in with an average of .37, after selling out mid .50s.
0.3 could be the final sell and bounce short term.
Todays sell off has not been like other sell offs. It almost has an feel of vengance.
Gold price in AUD hasn't been a problem so I feel like this sell off is one of the Instos who bought into the placement trying to teach DR a lesson for not giving them the inside word RE output. He is being punished for having integrity essentially.
I'm going to off load some other goldies and set a buy order at 0.3 because grade controls will definitely improve by Xmas and this is now filthy cheap.
I still think this will be worth $1 a share with 6 months of proven production, plus what ever the PIrra IPO adds to game.
After the next rate rise and a change in language from Powell, I expect gold to rocket too. Just my predictions.....
Obviously I could be wrong.
Where do you see the buy in price?
