    Most of the staffing issues should be confined to the mining contractor which is McMahon.
    There's 1 job listed for Warrawoona of a 120 (I think) person crew.

    There's not much there to suggest 15-20% shortage. And $800....... I think you're throwing crazy numbers out there.
