Over the last few days in the pre-open the indicated price information has exposed an 'iceberg' sell order @.42 for about 1.5M shares. The short interest in CAI stood relatively unchanged around 2M shares for many weeks.
My speculation is the shorts are covering ahead of the 1/4ly. They have made money buying in the 20's and they don't care one bit about the fundamentals.
I quietly hoped the exploration around Blue Spec would be successful and I think CAI holders are sitting on a developing growth story.
