    400M MC - 120M cash and cash eq + debt 14M (eqt financce, new 50M expansion debt not yet incl).

    And yes I agree once refinance is sorted we will see longs re-enter and we will see an immediate re-rate because a possible crisis will have been averted. Im not expecting that re-rate to be huge but say SP ~35c.
