The point is if you buy Keras before they distribute the CAI shares then you will receive more CAI shares than you would get if you bought CAI directly.
5000 AUS would get you approx 730K Keras shares. That will yield circa 230K CAI shares which are worth 6670 AUS. So risk doesn't come into it. The Keras shares you can keep or sell, but you have more CAI shares than you 5K would get otherwise
