Have to agree ... as I posted this does raise the question of why raise at 5.5 unless this is primarily a strategic play as suggested by Bullant. With most likely a couple of months before FID I guess FAR had no choice but to raise given its ambitions in The Gambia and GB but as you say why not raise after something like this news that has obviously raised market interest??? They must have their reasons so no criticism from me just a question ... which could be answered by a release from FAR explaining themselves ... we can only hope.
