If FAR do sell 5% I don't think it will come off of 13.7% as Petrosen haven't backed in yet and FAR currently own 15%. So if the sale goes through before this happens it will leave FAR with 10%. I think this would leave FAR with 9.2% if they back in, but I could be wrong.
