His brother or should i say family trust is FARJOY number 2 on the registry. Geoffrey has an interest to make this succeed. His access to the right people to represent FAR is an understatement......you couldnt ask for a better shareholder in respect to advice and getting the best legal to represent FAR in this matter. This is why i think we are a good chance, we all know arbitration has been a hand break in some respect to FARs share price. i very much doubt whether the Robertson family would want FAR to pursue this unless it was a real chance.
