I got in FAR in 2010 and nearly sold but for your incredible posts. If it was not you, I would have sold. Of late of course, many other green indicators did come. I thank you whole heartedly (don't know how can I take you and your family to dinner) and all others who have contributed religiously to this excellent forum. Congratulations to all especially WASA, Aqua, 321, YA and big thanks to JP.
I remember few people were sceptic about my phone call to Cathy when she said hopefully it will be terrific. Now isn't it really terrific?
