To be seen as financially weak is a very subjective term. What that really means that the person who sees you as financially weak is really saying I can outlast you. So what does that mean relative to FAR and its JV partners? Well we can wait for Senegal.....2020 production??????? or something like that.
The chairman should have said that we need x and we will get that otherwise we have no clout. Here is the timeline and GR is on the job! Now I realise he cant say that otherwise FAR's at 4c but more or less he has.
The SP would not be were it is because of this, not because of thinner sands or 2c results not being issued.
