I must say Odd, there is more to this than meets the eye. That's my first impression on it.
On the face of it FARs rival has indicated that it is out of any contest over the COP stake. (Although there are historical/literary cases of Scots delivering cold steel to house guests after welcoming them effusively.)
But I am surprised if CNE is not extracting something from this situation.
Let me ask a question: some posters have talked about fees, perquisites etc for NOT exercising PE rights. How is this executed? And how is it disclosed? Is it even legal?
